Thank you to everyone who joined us for this year’s John Aisenstat Memorial Fundraiser in Calgary.
Guests enjoyed a lively and interactive evening celebrating La Dolce Vita, courtesy of Castello Banfi Cellars, complemented by a selection of decadent Italian-inspired hors d’oeuvres from our culinary team.
In partnership with SAIT, the event supports the John Aisenstat Memorial Scholarship, which benefits students pursuing careers in Culinary and Hospitality Arts. Thanks to the generosity of our community, this year’s event brings the total raised for the endowment to nearly $32,000.
We are also proud to recognize this year’s scholarship recipient, Mingyao Wang (Culinary Arts).
