To celebrate seven decades as Canada’s Premier Steakhouse, we teamed up with the world-renowned whisky brand to offer an unforgettable grand prize: a private whisky-paired dinner for six guests at Hy’s Steakhouse & Cocktail Bar.

Betty and her guests joined us for an extraordinary evening of elevated dining and spirited celebration. The night featured Hy’s signature Canada Prime beef, Pacific Northwest Sablefish, Norther Divine Caviar, Atlantic Lobster, and more, paired exquisitely with The Glenlivet whisky.

The evening’s special menu was crafted by Assistant Corporate Chef Armand Savet, who artfully incorporated Glenlivet into each dish, bringing depth and elegance. Hy’s talented bar team created custom Glenlivet cocktails to pair with each course, making the evening truly elevated.

It was a night of great company, great whisky, and the kind of warm hospitality that defines Hy’s.
