John Aisenstat Memorial Fundraiser – September 11 – Toronto 

Raise a glass and make a difference! Join us on Thursday, September 11 from 5–7 PM at Hy’s Steakhouse Toronto for an evening of delicious nostalgia and meaningful giving.

In honour of Hy’s 70th Anniversary, this special fundraiser will feature retro-inspired appetizers and classic cocktails, each reimagined with a modern twist by Hy’s culinary and bar team. The event will take place in our lounge, where gracious hospitality and a worthy cause come together.

We’re proud to partner with George Brown College’s School of Hospitality & Culinary Arts, home to one of Canada’s top hospitality programs. All proceeds from the evening will support the John Aisenstat Memorial Award, which provides financial assistance to passionate students who are pursuing careers in the culinary or hospitality industry—future Chefs, Bartenders, and Restaurateurs who will carry on the tradition of excellence that Hy’s was built on.

🎟️ Tickets are $100, and include a $50 charitable tax receipt.
✨ 100% of proceeds go directly to student scholarships.
