This year, Hy’s celebrates our 70th anniversary. To mark the occasion, our John Aisenstat Memorial (JAM) fundraiser is taking you back to 1955 with retro-inspired cocktails and appetizers and exceptional socializing. Tickets are just $100 with a $50 tax receipt.
How to Purchase a Ticket:

Enter Your Donation: Donate $100 for each ticket you’d like to purchase.

Select the Fund: In the “Donation” dropdown menu, choose
“Hy’s Steakhouse John Aisenstat Memorial Award Fundraiser.”

Add Guest Names: In the “Comments” section, list the name(s) to be added to the guest list — one guest per $100 donation.

Note: This is a ticketless event, so no physical or digital tickets will be issued. Your name(s) will be on the guest list at the door.
100% of funds raised through this even are donated to the John Aisenstat Memorial Awards, to support and encourage those enrolled in hospitality and culinary arts.

The John Aisenstat Memorial Scholarship Award is given to students entering the second year of Red River College Polytechnic’s Culinary Arts and Hospitality Restaurant Management diploma programs with high academic standing, a genuine passion for the industry, and financial need. This RRC Polytech award was created by Hy’s Steakhouse & Cocktail Bar in memory of John Aisenstat, former Executive Vice President, who was known for his passion for the hospitality industry and his unfailing support of the staff who made Hy’s Steakhouse a success for more than 60 years.
