With the sun shining on the corner of Portage & Main, Hy’s Winnipeg welcomed guests to its annual patio party, in support of the John Aisenstat Memorial Award for hospitality and culinary students at Red River College Polytech.
The event’s theme — Hy’s 70th Anniversary — featured retro cocktails and appetizers, reimagined with contemporary style. The fundraiser added $6,700 to the John Aisenstat Memorial Award endowment.
Hy’s President & CEO, Neil Aisenstat and RRC Dean, Fred Meier presented this year’s recipient, culinary student, Isaiah Sanchez with his award.
