It was a memorable evening celebrating Italian wine and food pairings, and exceptional Hy’s hospitality.

Thanks to an outstanding turnout and the tremendous support from both RRC Polytech and our supplier community, we raised a record $12,750 for the John Aisenstat Memorial Award — nearly double last year’s total!

In partnership with RRC Polytech, 100% of proceeds from the evening supports the award benefiting students pursuing careers in Culinary and Hospitality Arts.

We were delighted to have Hy’s President & CEO Neil Aisenstat present this year’s recipient, Ibrahim Udundo with his award, along with RRC Polytech President & CEO Fred Meier.
